Revenue Operations Analyst

We’re looking for a person to join our Operations team as our next Revenue **Operations Analyst.** You will play a pivotal role in helping the company grow by influencing the decision-making process and infrastructure of one of our main growth engines. We’re looking for a team player with a business sense, great communication skills, and a keenness for problem-solving. **This is a fully remote position.**

**What you’ll do**
- Report directly to the Revenue Operations Lead
- Support the development of new business opportunities for Graphite’s different business units.
- Assist with building, optimizing, and analyzing our internal infrastructure.
- Data & Insights: Work with Salesforce/PowerBI to build dashboards and insights to ensure we take data-driven decisions and strategize upon that.
- Process Improvement: Help us streamline revenue, marketing and sales operations.
- Leverage our tech stack to make the most of our Salesforce CRM.
- Research and analyze prospective leads’ company, direct and indirect competitors, and markets
- Orchestrate strategic and cross-functional business activities and projects with sharp business acuity, creativity, and attention to detail
- Create tracking, reporting, and dashboards that support the sales and customer retention efforts

**What you’ll need**:

- ** BA in business administration, finance, or marketing.**
- ** MSc in a data-related field is a plus.**
- ** 1-2+ years of relevant experience**
- ** Salesforce experience** (Plus if Admin. Certification)
- CRM and Sales Enablement tools, especially Salesforce CRM and Zapier
- ** Passion for researching and building business cases** around identified opportunities (size of the business, potential sales, revenues, etc.)
- Comfortable defining the **KPIs and metrics to measure success, **and being held accountable to them.
- ** Excellent English written and verbal communication skills** with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- ** Critical thinking and analytical/problem-solving skills**, and the ability to combine and balance qualitative analysis with a proven understanding of strategy, operations, interpersonal, and technical competencies.
- Ability to prioritize and manage work and trade-offs against critical project timelines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- ** Thrive in a fast-paced environment**, juggling multiple projects and deadlines
