**About The Role**:
This role involves overseeing internal Engineering and Operations projects from start to finish. This includes planning, managing resources and staffing, progress reporting, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The scope of the project is interpreted and communicated to relevant parties, and performance is monitored and recommendations for changes are made. Management is kept informed of any key issues that may affect the project's expected outcomes. External vendors may be engaged and overseen by this role. The project's results must meet quality, reliability, milestone, and budget requirements. The employee must also stay up to date on trends, business conditions, and internal processes that could impact the project's success.

**Responsibilities And Duties**:
**General Key Functions**:

- Interprets requirements, and identifies, and communicates project scope.
- Coordinates implementations performing, progress reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Monitors performance, quality and recommends changes.
- Keeps Operations Project Managers informed of key issues and changes, which may impact expected business results.
- Ensures implementation results meet quality, reliability, and milestones.
- Support the Engineering and Operations documentation process as per the norms defined by the company.

**Specific Functions**:

- Ensure the availability of materials and equipment for the implementation executions.
- Use the company’s OSS tools, processes, and best practices to manage and document the implementations executed.
- Accurately monitor and measure project progress, identify potential problems, and solve them.
- Delegates project assignments to internal departments where/when required.
- Audit project execution to guarantee the compliance of deliverables with the standards, norms, and expected results.
- Interface with internal customers and suppliers directly on a regular basis throughout the life cycle of the implementations.
- Work with the Operations Project Manager to develop Programs and execute them for the following key activities:Coordinating cabling installations such as x/conns and patching cabling, and documenting them properly in the OSS apps.

Documentation of the current status of the data centers, like space layout, rack elevations, installed equipment inventory, service inventory, power inventory, space availability, etc.
Quality status of the international routes, POPs, and Mini POPs.
Best practices implementation to keep an inventory of materials and equipment in support of future Projects execution.
Spare management in-house and third-party providers.

**Requirements And Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in the telecommunication/IT industry.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Analysis ability.
- Excellent organization and planning skills.
- Problem solver.
- Team player.
