Line Leader

While you are at it, you’ll oversee the management of the plan resources efficiently reaching the metrics of cost and service.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- **Ensure Efficient Operation - **Ensure the efficient operation of equipment and personnel by executing improvement projects in shifts. As well as compliance with safety and innocuousness requirements by the personnel of the different shifts.
- ** Communication between Team Leaders - **Ensure effective communication with Team Leaders and team members in the different shifts.
- ** Budget Management - **Monitor budget execution in the assigned line (plant consumables and overtime).
- ** Compliance** - **Guarantee compliance with the production program through the correct operation of equipment and autonomous maintenance, monitoring the different activities carried out by leaders and team members to meet the volumes committed to in the budget.

- ** Compliance Verification** - **Verify compliance with the reports in charge of: Policies, programs and participation in activities aimed at the prevention of injuries, illnesses, the Environment, and energy saving.
