**Descripción del Puesto**

Estamos buscando un Representante de Servicio al Cliente entusiasta y proactivo para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este rol, serás el enlace directo con nuestros clientes, brindando información sobre productos y servicios, respondiendo preguntas y resolviendo cualquier problema con precisión y eficiencia. Tu enfoque será crear relaciones sólidas con los clientes a través de una comunicación abierta e interactiva.

**Remuneración**: *2.500.000 (Salario base: $1.625.000.+ Auxilio fijo de vivienda: $875.000, que se deposita en tu cuenta de ahorros) + 162.000 de Auxilio de Transporte.

**Jornada Laboral**: Varios turnos entre 12:00. y 9:00 P.m / 2pm a 11pm. Tiempo completo (FT) Horas semanales de trabajo 42.5 - 2 días off.

**Ciudades**: Presencial en Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Medellín o Barranquilla.

**Responsabilidades**
- Gestionar grandes volúmenes de llamadas entrantes.
- Manejar tickets, correos electrónicos y documentos adjuntos.
- Identificar y evaluar las necesidades de los clientes para lograr su satisfacción.
- Construir relaciones sostenibles y de confianza con los clientes mediante una comunicación abierta.
- Proporcionar información precisa, válida y completa utilizando los métodos y herramientas adecuados.
- Cumplir con las cuotas de llamadas y los objetivos de ventas personales y del equipo.
- Manejar quejas de clientes y proporcionar soluciones y alternativas apropiadas en el tiempo requerido; hacer seguimiento para asegurar la resolución.
- Mantener registros de las interacciones con los clientes, procesar cuentas y archivar documentos.
- Seguir los procedimientos de comunicación, las directrices y políticas de la empresa.

**Requisitos Indispensables**
- Inglés B2+ C1 Conversacional
- Experiência comprobada en atención al cliente o como Representante de Servicio al Cliente.
- Historial de superación de cuotas.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación telefónica y escucha activa.
- Familiaridad con sistemas y prácticas de CRM.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, priorizar y administrar el tiempo de manera efectiva.
- Diploma de secundaria.
