**Cargo**: Representante de Servicio al Cliente (CSR)

**Ubicación**: Presencial en medellin o bucaramanga

**Remuneración**: $2.600.000 COP (compuestos por $1.690.000 COP como salario base + $910.000 COP como auxilio de vivienda) + $162.000 COP de auxilio de transporte

**Horario**: Lunes a Viernes (fines de semana off) Pueden ser asignados los siguientes horarios:
8:00 am - 4:30 pm / 9:00 am - 5:30 pm / 10:30 am - 7:00 pm

**Descripción del puesto**:
Somos una compañía de telecomunicaciones que proporciona soporte a nuestros clientes en servicios a distancia, problemas de línea y consultas de facturación. Atendemos llamadas entrantes y, a veces, los clientes nos envían proyectos para contactar a otros clientes vía correo electrónico o llamadas para confirmar o proporcionar información. También recibimos tickets por correo electrónico y necesitamos resolver los problemas para el cliente. Nuestro equipo es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. Buscamos a alguien que esté dispuesto a quedarse con nosotros a largo plazo y ayudarnos a hacer crecer el equipo y la empresa.

**Responsabilidades**:
Atender llamadas y ayudar a los clientes o crear tickets durante esas llamadas.

Transferir llamadas.

Asistir con preguntas sobre servicios generales.

Mantener una asistencia satisfactoria en las horas y reuniones programadas.

Investigar y resolver con éxito las consultas de los clientes sobre servicios telefónicos, servicios de comunicaciones unificadas, tarifas y facturación utilizando eficazmente los recursos disponibles.

Generar tickets según sea necesario.

Cualquier otra responsabilidad relacionada con el departamento de servicio al cliente.

**Habilidades y calificaciones**:
Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente.

Buenas habilidades de comunicación.

Escucha activa.

Comprensión y empatía.

Disposición para aprender nuevos procesos.

Excelente trabajo en equipo.

Habilidades en inglés fluido.
