**Job Description**:
Strong communication skills for effective coordination with art directors, account managers, production managers, and the ability to guide employees in other departments toward a better understanding of the production process. Outstanding level of production skill. Ability to take an approved master creative composition and lay it out into various sizes and formats while keeping the original intent of the approved creative intact.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Graphic Design or related
- English level **B2+ or higher**:
- Must-Have **5-7 years of experience**, preferably in a FAST-PACED studio or agency setting.
- Used to working on high-volume projects
- Highly skilled in InDesign and Photoshop production across **print **and digital.
- Possess a strong attention to detail and is meticulous with their work
- Highly organized and can move quickly from task to task
- Thrives in a fast-paced setting, takes the initiative, and works well autonomously
- Has a positive, upbeat attitude.
