At Publicis Groupe, we are looking for a **Senior Production Designer **fluent in English fluent in English to join our production Hub at Publicis Global Delivery, our talent powerhouse, the global interconnected network that provide offshore & nearshore solutions for our partners - sister companies´ business worldwide.

A cross-media transformation agent, based in Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica and Mexico, that provides centralized expertise of all Publicis Global Services' capabilities to enable consistent and standardized delivery across Media, Production, Commerce, Content, Data & Technology.

**Job Description**:
**What you’ll do**:

- Deliver with high-quality and on-time any task assigned.
- Communicate diligently internally and externally.
- Use of the tools and processes assigned by the company.
- Keep up-to-date with training related to their field.
- Get involved with internal initiatives when required.
- Ongoing English improvement.

**We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes**:

- Proven experience working on Visual/Web Design, Social media, digital pieces, creative production & graphic support (assets for print).
- Experience producing layouts, sketches, storyboards, roughs, neat mockups to visualize ideas.
- Having worked on creative production tasks, such as image resizing, retouching, illustration, infographics, iconography design, business presentations, GIF animations, image cuts, design & texts updates, technical production & final art.
- Experience working closely with creative, marketing, & development specialists, always thinking in user-centered solutions.
- Knowing the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Experience in the Digital industry, for at least 5 years.
- Experience in traditional media (ATL, BTL, Print).
- Advanced English Level minimum B2

Must have
- Neat & good design in typography, color, composition, digital retouching, web design skills, creating design deliverables throughout all phases of a project.
- Self-management skills
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Versatile to work in different styles for different media.
- Have a professional design project portfolio that includes various digital, print design work.
- Detail-oriented
- Fast-learner
- Tools: Sketch, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Office suite, InVision, Keynote.
