**What You'll Bring**:

- Manage multiple, concurrent, cross-functional initiatives to ensure business results are achieved.
- Defines program roadmaps, goals and KPIs with input from the program stakeholder. Outlines key deliverables and identifies resources required to execute the program.
- Coordinates execution of projects and programs ensuring that execution is aligned with strategy, customer-focused and in line with stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinates day-to-day activities to drive successful project execution - ensures team members and third-party contractors deliver projects according to the plan.
- Oversees quality control through the project.
- Owns overall project communications, escalates risks and manages the issue resolution process.
- Identifies issues and risks on a timely basis; works with team members to define options to mitigate risks and implement processes to mitigate risk.
- Communicates regularly with project and other key stakeholders.
- Facilitates decision-making and project progress.
- Supports stakeholders in the development of business cases for investment decisions.
- Develops trusted partnerships with stakeholders by collaborating and delivering on common goals.
- Adopts PMO best practices and methodologies that support the goals of Transunion.

Qualifications/Education
- BA/ BS in Computer Science, Business or Engineering.
- Agile and or SAFe certification preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, strategic planning and/or program management.
- Project Management Methodology (PMP) or equivalent is nice to have.
- Experience in business case development and financial modeling and management.
- At least 3 years hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
