**Shift Hours**: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET (Full-time)

**Position Overview**:
This role will also involve assisting with various marketing activities and events, such as scheduling and posting marketing materials, and planning events like parties, corporate events, and more. A strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities will be key in this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Top 3 Priority Tasks**
- Assist the business owners with organizing and prioritizing daily tasks, ensuring commitments are met.
- Help manage marketing activities, including scheduling posts and assisting with content creation.
- Support event planning, including coordinating details for corporate events, birthday parties, and more.

1. Assist in holding the business owners accountable by tracking their daily tasks and commitments.

2. Provide support to the family business, ensuring they remain on track with their responsibilities.

3. Help the business owner with their marketing tasks, including posting content they design and planning for upcoming holidays, school breaks, and significant business milestones.

4. Manage communication between the business owners and their team, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

5. Maintain organization and structure in the virtual workspace, ensuring important documents and communications are easily accessible.

6. Provide assistance in scheduling and managing various events, such as, corporate events, parties, and other special occasions.

7. Maintain and manage **Trello boards, Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheets, Drive, etc.)**, and other relevant tools to track and update progress.

8. Collaborate with the team to work on business goals, ensuring time is spent working on the business and not just in it.

9. Be a trusted partner for the business owner, offering a “brain dump” opportunity to help organize ideas and thoughts, ensuring creativity is channeled effectively.

10. Support bilingual communication needs, assisting with marketing and event details in both English and Spanish.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in administrative support or similar roles (2+ years preferred).
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal communication).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with tools like **Gmail, Trello, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.), and Square for restaurants.**:

- **Previous experience assisting with marketing tasks is preferred, including posting content and event coordination.**:

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
- Creative, diligent, and proactive in identifying and completing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Trustworthy, joyful, and family-focused with a positive and professional attitude.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in event planning, particularly for corporate or family-oriented events.
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment and managing remote communications.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- High school diploma required (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support roles.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with **Gmail, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Trello, and Square for restaurants.**:

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.

**Base Pay and Additional Remuneration**:

- Full-time, monthly salary with potential for performance-based increases.
