**What You'll Bring**:

- Gestionar el cargue oportuno del reporte de las entidades cliente a su cargo, con el fin de contar con información actualizada.
- Diseñar el plan de visitas y el acompañamiento de las entidades a su cargo, según las políticas de segmentación establecidas, con el propósito de asegurar la adecuada gestión de la información.
- Formular, estimar y anticipar los posibles cambios que se presenten en el reporte de información, según las políticas del sector y la normatividad vigente, con el fin de medir los impactos y níveles de esfuerzo que estos implican.
- Coordinar y asegurar el cargue y actualización de la información reportada por las entidades cliente, garantizando su integridad y consistencia.
- Acompañar, asesorar permanentemente y proveer soporte técnico a las entidades usuarias en el proceso de cargue y actualización de la información, ofreciendo alternativas de solución, con el propósito de asegurar la calidad de la misma.
- Realizar pruebas y monitoreo sobre el correcto funcionamiento de las políticas de cargue de información, con el fin de asegurar un proceso efectivo.
- Confrontar la evolución del indicador de calidad de la información para cada una de las entidades cliente, con el fin de retroalimentarlas y mantener altos estándares de calidad.
- Monitorear constantemente los indicadores, con el propósito de validar que los objetivos establecidos se estén alcanzando.
- Proponer la optimización de la entrega de resultados de inconsistencias y no reportados, a través de la automatización de los procesos, con el fin de mejorar la gestión de la información.
- Definir y pactar planes de mejoras con las áreas involucradas, para optimizar los tiempos de respuesta a las entidades usuarias.
- Ofrecer alternativas de solución a las entidades para incrementar la calidad de la información que reportan.
