**About Jr. Data Analyst**:
**You will be part of the Commercial Operations and Strategy team of 3Shape North America. We are a strategy team responsible for continuously driving improvements business operations and implementation of strategy**

**The Jr. Data Analyst primary responsibility is to build out and maintain commercial data infrastructure, generate insights on data to formulate recommendations and maintain recurring reports.**

**As a Junior Data Analyst, you will do**:
***

- **Assist with the development of a database of required information to enable commercial effectiveness analysis and reporting across Marketing, Sales, Support and Academy.**

***
- **Maintain high data quality standards by engage with internal data partners, identify and resolve issues including data inaccuracies or discrepancies.**
- **Maintain PowerBI reports, ensure continued quality and implement change requests on existing reports.**

***
- **Assist with consumer and product insights through quantitative and qualitative data analysis.**
- **Drive exploratory data analysis on ad-hoc requests from key stakeholders.**

- **Assist with collecting market and industry research to provide performance benchmarks, industry updates, market scans, best practice audits, etc.**

**You will report to the Commercial Operations and Strategy Director and work closely with the team in Colombia, North America and Europe.**

**About the expected qualifications and skills**:

- **Minimum 1-2 years of experience with data management.**
***:

- **Knowledge on SQL Server and desirable knowledge on CRM and ERP Systems.**
***:

- **Experience with PowerBI.**
***:

- **Experience with customer insights and analytics.**
***:

- **Excellent written and spoken English.**
***:

- **Experience with process design, improvement, and automation**:

- **Experience with projects dealing with data model administration in structured and non-structured environments.**

- **Proactive, able to initiate and manage tasks and projects.**

- **Strong social skills, able to work together with different people.**
***:

- **Able to adapt to changing circumstances and conditions.**
