We are seeking a talented and experienced Global Product Marketing Lead to join our founding Product Marketing team at Rappi.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Product Marketing Specialist to drive the adoption and success of our platform among Restaurants. As a pivotal member of our Restaurants PMM team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with restaurant owners and operators to grow their sales. The PMM will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to build the right go-to-market solutions to surpass business objectives and shape our brand perception.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs and challenges of restaurants, leveraging insights from industry benchmarks and competitor analysis.- Drive product adoption and engagement among restaurant partners through targeted marketing campaigns, educational materials, and sales enablement tools.- Collaborate with the product management team to prioritize features and enhancements that address the evolving needs of restaurant partners, drawing insights from market research and customer feedback.- Partner closely with the sales team to develop compelling sales collateral, pitch decks, and case studies that showcase the value proposition of our platform to prospective restaurant partners.- Own the end-to-end execution of product launches, including messaging development, campaign planning, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.- Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing actionable insights and feedback to inform product roadmap decisions and improve the overall customer experience.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including product management, sales, operations, and customer support.
Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is preferred, but not required- 3-4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B or SaaS space, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer engagement.- Deep understanding of the restaurant industry landscape, including emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory considerations.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging and value propositions.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
