**Role Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to spearhead our outbound sales initiatives. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting and lead generation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Market Research**: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
- ** CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activities using CRM tools.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective outreach campaigns.
- ** Performance Metrics**: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings set.
**Qualifications**
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in a sales or marketing role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- ** Language Proficiency**: C2 level fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms.
- ** Communication**: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- ** Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
