**Market Development Specialist OEM**:

You will be responsible for implementing product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy. In this role you will coordinate sales activities, events and market research to meet business goals and increase market share.

**This position reports to**:
Region Division Head

**Your responsibilities**:

- Defines KPI’s of defined targets (orders as well as product mix, net price variance (NPV), sales cost/expense and Net Promoter Score (NPS), etc.), in collaboration Marketing function and GPG team, for new product launches (revenues on new products, sales start in key markets, etc.).
- Together with all relevant stakeholders, supports defining marketing and sales targets (e.g., volume, prices, channels, and market coverage) and establishes appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance in the region.
- Occasionally, supports local organizations in customer events.
- Supports growth of the top line in each market and find and creates new business opportunities.
- Implements activities on agreed cross Division/Product Group/Region initiatives.
- Guides and supports local product marketing teams and ensures the right capability is in place.
- Supports local organization in the execution of product launches.
- Supports local teams in defining / performing special price agreements (SPAs).
- Understands segment / channel / customer needs in the market.
- Supports developing and implementing product support and product training to ensure high customer satisfaction in cooperation with Product Management and global team.
- Supports continuous improvement on NPS and the execution of customer satisfaction surveys.
- Applies and promotes division standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and share functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electrical Engineering.
- From 8 to 10 years of experience, with 5 years of field experience.
- Technical knowledge in dimensioning of motors and drives.
- Experience in commercial and field.
- Availability to travel.
- Intermediate-Advanced level of English.
