We are hiring the best talent for Technology Services(TS) LATAM Application Maintenance Senior Manager; This position may be based in Brazil (São José dos Campos or São Paulo), Colombia (Bogotá) or Mexico (Ciudad de Mexico).

Purpose:
This position will play the Supply Chain AM Service Manager focused on ERP area for the TS LATAM organization. He/she will be the single interface for Enterprise Technology Functions for ERP and CBT Sectors with integration into the regions. The Service Manager represents Technology Services in development of solution strategies across development and support/operational activities. Responsible for operations management, financial management, vendor management, and overall strategic performance management. is responsible for Service Level Management and for Portfolio Data and Compliance Activities. This position will also ensure availability targets are met and identifies opportunities when metrics are missed. Liaises with BT partners on Financial matters as well as main point-of-contact for onboarding of new support, changes to current support, and removal (deactivation) of support. Single Point of Contact (POC) for business escalations, support & operational issues.

You will be responsible for:

- TS LATAM Supply Chain Application Maintenance Manager role focused on ERP LATAM
- Overall strategic performance management of Support Operations
- Resource planning and vendor management for App Maintenance team, in alignment with Global structures

**Qualifications**
Qualifications and requirements:

- An advanced degree on Computer Science, Information Technology Management or related field is preferred, and professional certifications would be a plus.
- Technical savvy with a balanced and diverse view of technologies in both global and regional landscape, is able to connect to both ecosystems to drive synergies and meaningful differentiators.
- Business savvy with good ability to understand business driven IT strategies, is able to interpret those into technology roadmap and portfolio
- Influential leadership to work in a matrix organization, to bridge market dynamics with global scale and create win-win synergies.
- A strong business outcome mindset and financial acumen.
- Experience and ability to manage multiple projects and/or programs with competing priorities to meet deadlines. Ability to recognize and lead resolution of project issues and roadblocks.
- Excellent communication skills, able to network, interface and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proven at least 3 years of People Leadership Skills to include leading large teams through transformational change, attracting, mentoring and retaining top IT Diverse talent and creating an environment that fosters excellence, collaboration and teamwork.
- English Advanced.

ITIL certification
- SAP Certification.
- Experience on Data & Analytics technologies.
