**Purpose**:
At Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) we take care of all J&J buildings around the world providing end to end services from Real Estate, Engineering & Strategic Project Delivery to Facilities Management. We have a profound influence on the entire J&J Enterprise, providing innovative workplaces where our employees can collaborate and grow, and delivering flexible site solutions which enable our business to best serve our important customers and patients.
The Director, E&PS LATAM is accountable for the E2E footprint operations across the Plan / Build / Run E&PS functions in the region. This role will act as the E&PS Single Point of Contact to regional Business Leaders and is accountable for leading the regional team to serve as an active Business Solution Partner, by establishing deep connections within the regional leadership team and with country managers. This role participates in the development of organizational strategies to support the regional needs across all facilities.
The Director, E&PS LATAM is accountable for defining and deploying the regional Real Estate/property strategy, delivery of capital / construction projects and overseeing Facilities Management regional performance (inclusive of financials - savings / budgets / capital planning, compliance, business continuity and risk management, safety and business alignment.) This individual will actively lead a dynamic, multi-tier organization and will be accountable for all aspects of people leadership and organizational development.

**You will be responsible for**:
Real Estate:

- Leads the development and implementation of consistent and comprehensive real estate solutions that support business needs
- Actively engages in regional real estate portfolio pipeline management reviews to ensure decisions are made in advance of critical events
- Maintains region specific market intelligence in order to capitalize on opportunities as well as to react to time sensitive projects and initiatives
- Supports the implementation of enterprise strategies through regional oversight to attain and maintain best-in-class office, warehousing and manufacturing footprint utilization
- Develops strategies to reduce costs, generate cash and reduce the real estate footprint to achieve annual targets

Facilities Management:

- Provides fiduciary oversight and performance management oversight of operating and capital budgets
- Manages relationships within business in region to ensure FM operational support of and alignment with business strategies
- Aligns across global functions, site-agnostic regional roles, and outsourced vendors
- Applies global standards within the region and providing collective regional feedback on programs and standards
- Provides consistency and visibility across regional, corporate and business unit activity
- Maintains global/regional oversight, implementation and continuity for FM business recovery plan
