**Journey into Excellence: About The Role**

Be part of our client's team as a Web Analytics Implementation Specialist, contributing to the success of Conversion Rate Optimization & Landing Page Optimization efforts.
- Employment Type:_ Indefinite term type contract- Shift:_ Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST- Work Setup:_ Permanent WFH

**Unleash Your Expertise: Responsibilities**
- Manage and implement client-side tracking to ensure accurate and comprehensive tracking of CRO and Growth performance, enabling reporting and insights.
- Set up and test events and conversions for Google Analytics.
- Solve tracking issues ranging from common to complex, including double counting, sessions/events not firing, and data not matching other analytics tools.
- Clean up Google Tag Manager accounts to make tracking implementation easier to follow and maintain.
- Set up Google Tag Manager accounts as needed from scratch.
- Develop tagging and tracking best practices for clients to ensure high-quality insights can be leveraged across all client campaigns.
- Perform audits of existing and prospective clients' tracking, tagging, and analytics across their web analytics, Paid Social, and Paid Search accounts to assess complexity/risk and identify opportunities.
- Demonstrate the ability to clearly communicate and collaborate with the CRO team, front-end engineering team, and client teams to define the ideal solution based on client goals.
- Provide ongoing support to client campaigns by continuously monitoring tracking status and troubleshooting any errors/breaks as they occur in a timely fashion.
- Stay ahead of the curve in digital marketing, CRO, and tracking strategies/technology, actively working with team leaders to identify areas to implement emerging best practices.

**Fuel Your Career: Qualifications Needed**
- Expert in A/B testing tools (ideally VWO and/or AB Tasty).
- Proficient with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Experienced in both lead generation and e-commerce web analytics.
- With background in a digital marketing role, including managing web analytics (Agency experience is a bonus).
- Effective at handling multiple projects/tasks and prioritizing while clearly communicating timelines and blockers.
- Experienced Web Analytics Implementation Specialist supporting Conversion Rate Optimization & Landing Page Optimization efforts for lead generation and e-commerce clients' A/B testing programs.
- Supportive and process-oriented, demonstrating diligence with a strong attention to detail to ensure the best possible tracking solutions.
- With expert-level proficiency in analytics and A/B testing tool implementation and troubleshooting.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients and their development teams, collaborating to resolve issues with strong time management skills to ensure well-communicated and met timelines.
