We are transforming our HR function at Convatec and are now looking for great people to fill our newly created roles as part of our international HR Service Delivery Team, based in Bogotá.
The role of Talent Acquisition Partner is a fantastic opportunity to join us at the start of this journey as we continue our ambition to finding and selecting the best talents to join Convatec, across multiple geographies and functions. **Job Summary**
The role of Talent Acquisition partner has been created to support and deliver our talent acquisition services for entry to junior manager roles This role offers great development and the opportunity to support the build of tomorrow’s Convatec.
You will report to the Shared Services Talent Acquisition Admin Lead with a dotted line to the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead for Europe, and your primary job location will be working from home, with 1-3 days/week in our Bogotá office.
You will be part of a strong and dedicated HR community as well as the global talent acquisition team, helping Convatec to build an inclusive culture, finding the best diverse talent for our key vacancies.
As part of your role, key responsibilities include:
- Running the recruitment briefing calls for new vacancies
- Advising on the sourcing strategy to fill new vacancies
- Advising on shortlisting process, supporting thinking on what will be assessed, by whom and how.
- Allocating roles to the junior talent acquisition team where appropriate
- Coordinating the selection process from interviews and assessments to feedback
- Building talent pools for key roles to create pipelines for key future vacancies
- Ensuring our Convatec brand is lived and breathed at every recruitment touchpoint
Other opportunities in this role include:
- Shaping the build of our new talent acquisition processes as part of a shared service including optimisations to continuously improve our offering
- Supporting Talent Acquisition queries and requests as they arise, finding solutions where needed
- Ensuring we do what’s right in terms of local market legislation throughout the talent acquisition process
- Capturing, inputting relevant data and managing the talent acquisition reporting for your areas, to showcase our quality, cost and time to hire KPIs
- Along with the wider HR team, driving the ongoing development and improvement of our knowledge bases to support the development of shared services.

We will be providing a 4-week induction and training period to engage you in everything that Convatec represents for our patients, customers and employees and to upskill you in all the tools and systems you will leverage to be successful in this role.
You will be joining a newly former talent management team, with opportunities to grow, within talent acquisition or wider talent and human resources areas.
- Experience in talent acquisition full cycle recruitment
