**Description**:
As a Data Analyst, you will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and help to achieve the company's strategic goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete Standard Report Requests within 5 business days and Complex Report Requests within 10 business days to ensure timely delivery of insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports that increase reporting accuracy by 80% within the year, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Achieve an average accuracy score of 4 (High Accuracy) or higher across 85% of delivered reports.
- Design and implement at least 4 automated data pipelines and ETL processes within the year to boost data processing efficiency, optimizing resource utilization.
- Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring less than 1% of data quality issues require a second iteration within the year to maintain data integrity.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
- Ability to work with scripting languages like: Python, JS, VB, R, PHP.
- Experience with Microsoft Reporting Service
- Proficient in SQL and experience with ETL tools.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and create actionable insights.
- Ability to communicate data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
