You will work closely with the Data Science Team to interpret model requirements, develop Python solutions, and optimize SQL queries, ensuring successful deployment on AWS and integration with Snowflake and Oracle databases. Responsibilities

  • Deploy machine learning models created by the Data Science Team
  • Interpret model requirements and ensure alignment with model frameworks using Excel
  • Create Python scripts to facilitate model deployment and data workflows
  • Optimize and author SQL queries for effective data retrieval and transformation
  • Partner with team members to guarantee smooth model deployment on AWS architecture
  • Document the processes involved in model development and implementation
  • Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide progress updates
  • Conduct testing and debugging to deliver high-quality code
  • Oversee the performance of live models and recommend enhancements
  • Facilitate data integration with Snowflake and Oracle databases
  • Review code contributions to uphold coding standards
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies in data science and cloud platforms

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Data Science or Data Analytics roles for at least 3 years
  • Advanced proficiency in Python programming with expertise in Pandas
  • Strong command of SQL
  • Solid experience with AWS services including Step Functions, Lambda, serverless architectures, and ECS
  • Working knowledge of Snowflake and Oracle databases
  • Familiarity with machine learning model implementation is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams and clients
  • Ability to analyze and map requirements to technical solutions
  • English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with machine learning model deployment
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and requirements alignment
  • Understanding of serverless computing best practices
  • Knowledge of cloud security concepts
  • AWS or data science certifications
