**Responsibilities**:
- Line manage Tech Leads, Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and UX Designers, leading performance reviews and career development plans.
- Create and sustain an environment of psychological safety, inclusion, and high trust across teams.
- Partner with Product and Design teams to plan and deliver roadmap outcomes.
- Oversee technical decision-making through review and constructive challenge of proposals.
- Manage team capacity, task prioritization, and resolution of critical dependencies.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier technical talent to strengthen the department.
- Use delivery and quality metrics, including DORA, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mitigate delivery risks, manage technical debt, and ensure the operational health of the team.
**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
**Experience**: Strong experience leading teams in Agile/DevOps environments, with a prior background as a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer. Proven ability in coaching, stakeholder management, and leading multidisciplinary teams is required.
**Technical Knowledge**:
- Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
- DORA performance metrics
- DevOps practices and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Platform scalability strategies
- Technical debt management
- Planning and roadmap tools
- QA and UX design processes in SaaS environments
