**Key Responsibilities**
- **Media Coverage**: Your main goal will be to secure at least one media mention per week through press articles, interviews, or podcast features, increasing our visibility in key markets.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Proficient in English and Spanish**: Strong communication skills in both languages are essential for outreach and relationship-building with media contacts.
- **Public Relations Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations, media outreach, or communications. Experience in the investment or finance sector is an advantage but not required.
- **Results-Oriented**: A track record of consistently securing media coverage and delivering measurable results.
- **Hybrid Flexibility**: Must be based in Bogotá, with the ability to attend occasional in-person meetings, while also working remotely.
- **Self-Starter**: As a contractor, you should be able to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results on time.
**Interview Process**: The initial screening process will require you to record a short video in English to prove your speaking abilities.
**Compensation**:$1,000 per month (approximately 4,000,000 Colombian pesos).
