What you'll do
- You will report to the Manager of Corporate IT to help oversee and improve Sales Dashboards and Conga CLM Templates, ongoing reporting, and data cleanups. You want to research areas of opportunity for improvement and the execution of projects. Basic updates, opportunities, and result to all kinds of partners
- Establish some important business processes such as partner enablement, contracts and legal templates, and sales workflow, then recommend appropriate solutions
- You will support and resolve incidents logged by customers
- You will configure Salesforce\Conga using standard declarative capabilities such as object creation, reporting, user
ole\profile administration, and, marketplace apps
- Create training materials, quick reference guides, and, system configuration documentation
- You will support unit and business acceptance testing

You should have
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Application Technologies, related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
- 1 year of experience supporting Salesforce or Conga as a configuration and developer resource
- Experience in partner conversations to understand current state processes and define future state processes
- Experience writing basic technical documentation to support and document the environment
- Experience in upgrades and integrations from start to finish.
