**¿Qué harás?**

Como **Especialista Técnico de Salesforce remoto Colombia**, serás clave en el soporte y mejora del entorno GFT Salesforce, gestionando incidentes, solicitudes y colaborando con diferentes departamentos dentro del grupo GFT a nível global. Serás responsable de analizar problemas técnicos y comerciales, definir mejoras en el paisaje actual y colaborar con proveedores externos para optimizar el sistema. Tu trabajo marcará la diferencia en la experiência interna de nuestros clientes

**Lo que buscamos**:

- **Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación** o 2 años de experiência en un puesto de TI.
- **Experiência de al menos 2 años** trabajando con herramientas CRM (preferentemente Salesforce) o ERP/PSA.
- **Conocimiento en SQL**.
- **Experiência en gestión de servicios** (ITIL o similar).
- **Certificación Salesforce** (preferible, pero no indispensable).
- **Dominio de Microsoft Office** a nível alto.
- **Fluidez en inglés** (nível B2 o equivalente) tanto en comunicación escrita como verbal.
- **Habilidades de presentación** para comunicarte de manera clara con audiencias no técnicas.
- **Compromiso con la excelencia en el servicio** y capacidad para gestionar tareas de manera autónoma.
- **Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas al mismo tiempo**, ser proactivo y tomar la iniciativa.
