You'll be most welcome here **Role Objective**: - Pricing & Polygons team is responsible for defining all consumer fees and allies’ coverage. We maximize revenue while driving volume for Rappi. We aim to be affordable and enrich assortment to our users, while improving Rappi’s profitability. We touch 100% of the orders. - As a Pricing & Polygon Analyst, your main objective is to define and execute the pricing and polygons strategy across all 9 rappi’s countries and verticals. You will achieve this through intense planning, experimentation and cross-teams collaboration. You will impact the business on a weekly basis, shipping initiatives to drive revenue or growth or both. You will have direct impact on the Rappi’s global targets achievement. **Main Responsibilities**: - Experiments: Own end-to-end execution of experiments (usually AB Tests). You will design, execute, track the KPIs and define data-driven recommendations to bring the desired impact. - Planning: Build and track execution of quarterly plan. You will build business cases of Pricing & Polygons initiatives and define quarterly OKRs. You will create and update weekly targets tracker and make sure we hit it. - Cross-teams collaboration: Report and present initiatives to country/vertical leaders. You will support regional leaders in data-driven decisions. You will prepare documents to describe your rationale and communicate clearly the key messages. - Analytics: Learn analytics tools and provide key insights. You will be working with automation tools (mainly SQL) and improving your skills on it. You will gather insights to define the biggest opportunities to focus on and build data-visualization reports. **Key Requirements**: - Desired work experience: 1+ years. - Work experience as a data analyst or Business Intelligence. - Experience in the use of SQL. - Languages: English (Bilingual). - Ownership and data-driven mindset. **Desired Requirements**: - Open to any professional paths; ideally has entrepreneurial background. > Work experience as a data analyst or Business Intelligence. - Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
