The services pricing analyst is responsible for providing metrics and analytics at a deal level that will allow the sales team on their decision-making process when presenting an offer to the client
This position requires an understanding of the levers that impact the pricing dynamics such as product offering, customer segmentation (small vs large / private vs public), product positioning, payment terms, country macroeconomics and relationship with GE.
This person will have an intense level of interaction with stakeholders in all company departments such as sales, product, marketing, operations and finance

The scope covers the 3 main pillars of pricing - setting, getting and netting as explained below:
- SETTING - determining how much should each offering cost based on market positioning, profitability and market competition, and also in the input from sales and product team
- GETTING - price getting scope covers the actions taken after prices hit the market - discount trend analysis, expected profitability of each proposal, deals involving services and equipment, customized and fleet offering models
- NETTING - Analytics of price results including the measurement of how much price gain or erosion was registered in a given period/region/type of sale and the creation and maintenance of tools that will allow stakeholders to evaluate the results of the offers accepted by customers in GE’s financial statements
- ** Basic requirements**
Bachelor degree in Business and Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in analytics roles
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Microsoft Office package - advanced
- Strong communication skills to successfully connect with the many stakeholders that will be impacted by the decisions taken with price approvals
- Resourcefulness to gather information needed in order to analyze deals
Organization and initiative to prioritize critical deals along with day-to-day requirements of the position
