As Junior Brand Manager for Home Care you will support the Brand Manager in Colombia, ensuring the development and monitoring of activities to strengthen the categories in the different purchasing environments as well as the financial results, category promotion, permanent contact with DP, finance and retail marketing, budget control and market share analysis.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Owns strategic marketing plans and meets short and long term business objectives.
- Assists in generating ideas that meet the company's sales and marketing objectives, assists with strategies and reports on campaign results.
- Build presentations and plans for each RE with the sales and retail marketing team
- Monitors marketing trends and keeps a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace.
- Leads cross-functional teams and manages multiple relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Manages and develops P&L and drives market growth.
- Works directly under Brand Manager to ensure all company brand objectives are met.
- Financial capabilities to build new product simulations to identify product price and promotion opportunities

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Marketing or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, commercial
- Intermediate English level
- Microsoft Office proficiency knowledge

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Advance English level
- Nielsen, Kantar, SAP, Power BI experience
