Strategics Jr Manager

As a strategic junior manager at Mondelēz International, you will ensure that customer plans are developed and executed, supporting the delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. You will work with key account managers to implement plans that unlock profitable growth for both Mondelēz and its customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development of the trade‑marketing portion of the category annual plans (contract process).

- Understand market dynamics and consumer insights by channel to participate in trade‑marketing strategic decisions.

- Lead the business planning meetings where sales quotas are built to accomplish the annual plans.

- Suggest and influence investment in category building blocks, ensuring execution excellence at the point of sale.

- Follow up on competitors’ commercial activity to detect business opportunities and potential threats.

- Play a leadership role within multi‑category teams by providing accurate and relevant channel point‑of‑sale information to identify opportunities such as innovations, promotions, portfolio, and pricing.

Qualifications & Experience

- Category planning and delivering growth through category leadership.

- Future‑focused mindset with curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions, and consumer innovation.

- Capability to develop plans, measure results, and make recommendations to achieve growth targets.

- Business planning experience and the ability to maximize revenue growth.

- Strong influencing skills and the courage to hold alternative viewpoints.

- Analytical skills and business acumen.

Job Specific Requirements

- Professional, minimum of 4 years of experience in trade marketing or sales.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
