We are searching the best talent for **Jr. Brand Assistant** to be in **Cali, Colombia.**

**General Description**:
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Jr. Brand Assistant, located in Cali, to work with Essential Health Brands.

Provide support to campaign execution and monitoring, process or product innovation ongoing during the year, monitor the processes associated with the business unit brands. The main processes are: Budgeting control, market share results & analysis, campaign support and brand plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for updating information on brand´s critical metrics, adding value through reliable records for subsequent analysis by Managers.
- Follow up internal processes of product development.
- Controls the budget expenses to carry out the accurate follow-up, including the development of the end to end process: purchase orders, confirmation of approvals and closing of purchase orders.
- Tracks key information on release analysis, such as coding in clients or including the information to Nielsen.
- Support influencers set up according to brand strategy.
- Lead internal marketing or brand projects to develop future management skills.
- Active participation on Brand Squad sessions.

**Calificaciones**
Education**:

- Required Education: Bachelor´s Degree - Marketing, Business, Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Econony.

**Main requisition**:

- Team Player, proactive, enthusiastic, passionate.
- 1-2 Year experience in Marketing, commercial or administrative areas.
- English Level: 90%
- Strong Analytics
- Critical Thinking
- Excel & Power Point
- High learning agility

**Preferred**:

- Nielsen Tools
- Experience in Consumer Health Industry
