**Position Overview**

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting integrated marketing efforts with a strong focus on organization, project coordination, and execution. The role includes responsibilities across **non-digital marketing** (print, events, networking) as well as **digital support** (content scheduling, analytics, coordination with creative teams).

You will ensure that all campaigns and initiatives align with the firms strategic marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and maintain the firms marketing and content calendar in collaboration with the social media coordinator.
  • Plan, organize, and track print and offline marketing initiatives including brochures, mailers, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in identifying and coordinating networking and sponsorship opportunities, including events, conferences, and community outreach.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of marketing collateral for events, presentations, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with creative and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all platforms.
  • Monitor and compile marketing analytics and performance reports; help translate data into actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with external vendors such as printers, event organizers, and media outlets.
  • Maintain an organized repository of marketing assets, press archives, advertisements, and campaign materials.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for marketing campaigns and special initiatives.

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, or event support.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and summarizing insights into recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, proactive mindset.
  • Knowledge of professional services marketing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel dashboards, Meta Platform, YouTube Studio).
