Our mission is to deliver excellent accounting services to businesses.

Now we are hiring a new **Bookkeeper.**
- **English: C1 level with the ability for communication and understanding instructions**:

- **Spanish: C1 to B2 level with the ability for communication and understanding instructions would be a plus**:

- **At least 4 years of experience in the similar role**:

- **BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree **(or equally qualified work experience)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks Online version
- Experience with COGS calculation for different products
- Knowledge of Google Workspace - Docs, gmail, calendar etc.
- High level of self-organization and control
- Ability to remain attentive to details in the conditions of multitasking
- Proactivity, efficiency
- Good communication skills
- Ability to think independently and to make decisions
- Ability to set priorities and respect deadlines

**As a part of a company, your responsibilities will be**:

- Data entry
- Bank reconciliation
- Interaction with suppliers in case of missing or wrong invoice
- Following payroll - preparation of the summary, calculation of the part of each company in payroll
- Preparation of salaries batch payment
- VAT calculation
- Profit tax calculation
- Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivables
- Compliance with international financial standards
