As an** Accountant** you wil be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of an organization.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Manage the company's financials, payments in general, full-service bookkeeper, QuickBooks, invoicing, AR, and AP
- Budgeting the finances of the company and planning everything out.
- Collaborate with different departments within the organization, providing financial support, guidance, and insights to assist in achieving business goals.
- Handle payroll processes, including calculating employee salaries, benefits, deductions, and ensuring timely and accurate payment.
- Prepare regular financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial statements.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**: Bachelors degree in accounting or related.
- **Experience**: at least 1 year of experience as an accountans specialist.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2 or C1 preferred.

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. or 9 am to 6 pm (We work by the American calendar)
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: Barranquilla - Medellin - Bogota.
