Project Manager **(*Development/**New **Product Introduction**) - *Rose Electronics

**Mission
- **Managing internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations, documentation, and schedule are maintained and accurate. Managing successful launch of completed development projects into Production.

**Outcomes**

**1) 30 days - Evaluate **the development **process **and existing **tools **and determine **the planned **method **for tracking **projects.

2) 60 **days**:

- **Review **and **document **tasks for all **active projects**.

3) 90 Days**:

- Finalize **all templates **and **run **one **project **fully through **those templates **successfully **through NPI

4**) **Communicate project **status **internally and **ensure **any delays are quickly and clearly **communicated**.

**5) Scope**, Budget, and Timeline Tracking

**6) **Stakeholder, change, **and **process **management**

7) Documentation management and compliance with **QSM **(or QSM updated)
