**Job Position: CRM Coordinator**
**Location**: Remote (EST Timezone)

**Working Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

**J**ob Description**:
Join our team as a CRM coordinator, where your critical thinking and attention to detail will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy of our prospect data. Initially, you will focus on reviewing and cleaning data points in Hubspot, including industry categorization, activity status, and Shopify affiliation. As you grow in the role, you will also engage in outreach efforts using predefined templates to initiate conversations with leads.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review prospect accounts in Hubspot and cross-check data against Apollo/Google.
- Update Hubspot CRM with any discrepancies or new information found during the review process.
- Clean and maintain Hubspot data points, including industry categorization, activity status, business type confirmation, and Shopify status verification.

**Key Requirements**:

- ** Minimum of 2+ years experience as CRM Coordinat**or or working in the same field.**:

- Strong critical thinking skills, able to categorize prospects based on website content.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to understand the client's business to categorize accounts properly.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate issues when encountering challenges.

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Experience with Apollo or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Hubspot CRM.
- Previous experience in eCommerce
