- **Hours & Expectations**:Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm EST, US time zones + flexible schedule
**What you’ll do**:
**Project Coordinator Roles**:
- 1) Executive Assistance_
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the leadership team member
- Manage meeting agendas, schedule and attend meetings, screen sharing during meetings, taking notes and recording minutes
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with team members
- Curate and optimize schedules to accomplish goals
- 2) Project Management_
- Create project plans to streamline scope, work, resources, and scheduling to communicate project status
- Create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual tools to clarify and communicate projects or processes
- Inspect all aspects of a project to determine timelines, dependencies, and risks
- Handle communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Track data and fill out weekly scorecards for various projects
- Owning special projects from planning/research through execution and ejecting
- 3) Strategic Planning_
- Serve as thought partner to leadership team members to help prioritize and accomplish the right things
- Maintains supportive and accountable relationships with all team members to promote a healthy, positive culture
- Raise the output of the team by providing clarity, focus, and championing administrative tasks
- Do independent research to challenge assumptions and propose solutions
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and agendas
**Qualifications and skills**:
- Skilled in excelling amid the challenges of a start-up environment
- Must have 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Must be able to work on multiple projects and platforms at once
- Must be able to work in US time zones
- Must be able to sit at a computer for an extended period
- Must be comfortable with client facing communications
- Must have fluency in managing independent tasks
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Knowledge and experience with Google Suite and CRM systems
- Passionate about finding creative solutions to complex problems
