This individual will report to the Accounts Receivable Manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Complete vendor setup forms
- Process credit refunds to clients
- Reconcile deposits and receivable accounts on an ongoing basis
- Support our end-to-end accounts receivable process for our global client base
- Assist with collection efforts and client inquiries, negotiating non-payment clauses
- Troubleshoot customer disputes.
- Answer ZenDesk tickets
- Support special projects upon request

**QUALIFICATIONS**

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and/or revenue accounting
- NetSuite and other account software experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced formulas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with internal business partners and clients
- Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with all levels of personnel
- Adaptable to a changing, fast-paced work environment
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to provide exceptional client service through a sense of urgency and commitment to quality
- Display appropriate ethical knowledge through extraordinary confidentiality, integrity and professional presentation and conduct
- Ability to work effectively both within a team environment and independently
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize workflow
- Solid Cognitive thought skills
- Knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles preferred
