**Job description**:
Are you passionate about numbers and financial analysis? We are looking for a meticulous and enthusiastic Accounting associate to join our dynamic team, come join the Vensure team. In this role, you will support the department by analyzing balances within AR Aging against General Ledger accounts receivable balances, for each assigned division partner and within the information given for all assigned companies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Download general ledger, transaction report, and aging report from accounting software (Vfficient and Sage Intacct).
- Reconcile Aging's with its corresponding GL Accounts in the Balance Sheet and determine the differences that will be reported to each division partner AVP.
- Complete an accurate analysis of the entities and accounts in charge.
- Update and maintain policies & procedure documentation.
- Assist with preparation and responses for audits.
- Assist Accounting Manager and AR Aging Leader with day-to-day assignments.
- Support in the AR department as needed.

**Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills**:

- Excellent computer skills a must. Excel, Word, and E-mail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; strict attention to detail
- Communicate effectively in individual or group situations including demonstrating active listening skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, using accurate grammatical form and able to read and interpret written information.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrates excellence in work standards; is tenacious in completing tasks.
- Able to participate in solving problems and help make decisions based on the best information available by developing resolutions between parties.
- Works well with other team members and departments in a professional and friendly manner to accomplish mutual goals and prepare assignments on time.
- Able to ask for support and help as needed.
- Ensures effectiveness in processes to achieve/seek best practice.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improved systems and efficiencies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; strict attention to detail.

**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- **THIS POSITION IS 100% ON SITE**_

Pay: $210,000,000 - $270,000,000 per month
