**HR Operations Lead**:
The HR Operations Lead is responsible to support the entire employee lifecycle by implementing and monitoring HR best practices making lean processes and implementing automation in different HR areas, ensuring that Kushki is on track and aligned to local country compliance while achieving its goal

**Main Responsibilities**

Compliance HR:

- Review legal country requirements and guarantee compliance or makes on time notifications
- Makes sure all changes to hiring contracts are documented: salary changes, job roles, work modality, working hours, etc.

HR Audits:

- Lead audit sessions and create actions plans for unconformities
- Direct and follow up the closing of action plans

Data Management and Analytics:

- Bamboo data administration
- Employee files
- HR KPIs - dashboard

Manage Benefits:

- Document Policies
- Employee Support
- Update as needed
- Mobility support

Processes:

- Identify improvement opportunities
- Support HR areas with automation and tools
- On and Off boarding

Budget
- Support on execution control

Th HR Operations Lead must meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor's degree
- Human Resources experience, with deep understanding of **Data Management, and Process Automation Tools**:

- Knowledge of Local Legislation. Regional knowledge is a plus (Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador and Chile)
- Leadership experience
- English - At least Upper Intermediate Level
