**HR Lead**
- Full time, Colombia_

As a HR Lead, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks, with a good focus for talent acquisition. You will work closely with management, employees to support the business.

This position should also be knowledgeable in all HR practice areas under their responsibility, such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, onboarding, HR policies and legal compliance.

**As a HR Lead, you will**
- Manage full spectrum of HR including talent acquisitions, compensation and benefits, performance management, onboarding, HR policies and legal compliance
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Partner with business clients to ensure superior operations and business outcomes
- Advise management of risks associated with current business practices and recommend improvements by providing expertise to management in employee relations, employee motivation and local employment laws
- Maintain a positive work environment by focusing on employee engagement, building superior first line management capability and employee communications
- Develop and implement People & Culture programs and policies in alignment with global and regional guidelines
- Participate in the development and implementation of People & Culture programs and policies and ensure alignment with global and regional guidelines
- Provide timely advise and guidance to the HR team
- Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned

**About You**
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisitions and strategic recruitment
- Capability of exercising extreme discretion and independent judgment
- Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen
- Ability to work with ambiguity in a high-paced and ambiguous environment
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws
- Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and service-oriented
