The Human Resources Specialist coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the Human Resources Supervisor, and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
Communicating with other departments, employees, applicants, administrators, and staff provide information and assistance regarding recruitment, transfers, employment, personnel records and legislation.
Assisting in scheduling various meetings, employee programs and events in compliance with department needs.
Providing recommendations to the supervisor of Human Resources on training programs (ethics), trouble areas, and many other opportunities.
Providing overall assistance and research support to HR.
Prepare reports, memos, letters, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
Analyze and deliver incoming memos, submissions, and reports.
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
Designs and maintain databases.
File and retrieve documents and reference materials conduct research, collect and analyses data to prepare reports and documents.
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
Answer and manage incoming calls
Receive and interact with incoming visitors
Liaise with internal staff at all levels
Interact with external clients
Co-ordinate project-based work
Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
Check staff profiles confronting them with customer requirements to occupy different positions
Maintain updated database project positions ARAVI
Notify staff to be hired, job developing, coordinating medical examinations of income, develop contracts and support the recruitment process
Coordinate information with the Training Department on licensing and technical staff to maintain their licenses Inspectors updated
Conduct regular visits to job sites to resolve staff concerns and offer solutions to problems presented to social security
Develop job descriptions in conjunction with the department heads of the functions performed by staff
Collect information daily to review the Contractor ARAVI PAE Time and Attendance Report
Coordinate visits to workplaces of the compensation, and pension funds, among others
Conduct audits of the time sheet make the respective corrections
Coordinate training activities and staff recreational air bases
Develop other communication other if and when required for service staff
Update information to plant personnel for the SENA
Coordinate delivery of provision and personal protection with security personnel and occupational health
**Minimum Requirements**:
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or similar careers from an accredited institution.
Minimum three (3) years of experience developing tasks and projects of the Human Resources department or related administrative field
Level 3 English required
Must be Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)
