**Your Mission**

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and experienced Human Resources Specialist who will be supporting all administrative activities related to the personnel. Their duties include process in developing recruitment, hiring, managing benefits, onboarding new employees in LATAM Region.

**Key responsibilities**
- Support the staffing process, including recruiting, hiring and onboarding
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Manage the SGSST
- Establish yourself as trusted business partner and support LATAM offices with all the process.
- Support the administrative process

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in business administration, psychologist.
- 3 years experience in HR process
- English: upper intermediate
