**Production Manager**

TMS Global are a wholly owned subsidiary of DS Smith PLC, a FTSE100 listed multi-national packaging and display manufacturing business. TMS Global specialise in the outsourcing of retail display, print and packaging and are active in 97 markets globally. Our TMS community consists of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and NA.

**About the role**

TMS’s Global community has two exciting opportunities for Production Manages to join our client team in Cali, Columbia on a permanent basis. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Managers to join our team and drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, and revenue growth. The Production Managers will be responsible for the daily operational management of campaigns, high-complexity projects, and jobs, ensuring exceptional client support and efficient delivery. Additionally, they will provide effective leadership and support to the dedicated team, retaining, developing, and ensuring compliance of assigned.

**Some daily responsibilities will include-**
- Assign work to Production Support, compliance, and operational management teams.
- Responsible for Weekly Dashboards with Clients providing full visibility on all projects.
- Demand options with indicative costs and timings from the team.
- Provide technical and operational support to clients' stakeholders.
- Support implementation of new service lines and ensure contract compliance.
- Review and assess business risks and take necessary actions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of clients and their sectors.
- Identify areas of business resource risk and work to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with TMS operating standards.
- Encourage a proactive approach and contribute to the implementation of operating procedures.
- **To qualify for the role, some skills that would be either essential or helpful -**_
- 5+ years of experience in the Print and Display industry.
- Excellent experience in print management strategies, planning, and budget management.
- Proven experience of service delivery and developing alternative solutions.
- Excellent technical understanding of Print and Display categories.
- Experience in managing multi-campaign/multi-job projects.
