**Job Summary**

**Production Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the creation and implementation of engaging content for multiple platforms like Social Platforms, Google Display Network, standard media banners, Programmatic and eCommerce for Colgate subsidiaries following digital industry standards and best practice as well as following Colgate policies. You will work with main stakeholders, passing from our Digital, eCommerce and Agencies to Marketing, Customer Development and GIT teams, supporting multiple brands.**

**Responsibilities/Accountabilities**
- **Coordinate the assets creation and implementation of LATAM digital campaigns, providing direction and working with company teams and digital partner agencies following brand guidelines across Latinoamerica.**:

- **Supervise projects and coordinate technical resources as needed within the BEX team for key visuals, multimedia and other digital assets, ensuring they are executed in a timely and accurate manner. Communicate and translate requirements to analysts.**:

- **Assist in the implementation of digital marketing activities such as website development, content creation and localization, SEO/SEM, display media, videos, partnerships and e-commerce implementation.**:

- **Coordinate a team of digital marketing analysts and be responsible for the team’s performance review and individual development plan. Ensure that the objectives of direct reports are aligned with the regional goals.**:

- **Organize and manage website related material (content translation, reviews, approvals, image/video usage rights, etc).**:

- **Create guidelines to improve implementation of digital (sites, ad pieces, videos, online promotion, etc).**:

- **Support internal information needs with web analytics reports.**:

- **Assist in the implementation of new activities and digital tools.**:

- **Assist marketing teams at subsidiaries in the implementation of local digital activities that require website development.**:

- ** Train team members on development processes, best practices and tools. Make ongoing recommendations to improve processes and workflow to ensure and increase productivity.**:

- **Establish processes to ensure consistency and improve visibility to all stakeholders of digital projects.**:

- **Conduct meetings with regional CP teams, agencies and other suppliers to share the digital process.**:

- **Report to the Production Lead - project status and time sheets.**

**Range of Qualifications**

**Level of Education: Graduation**

**Years of Experience: 3+**

**Functional Experience and Technical Skills**:
**Experience with digital fundamentals: websites, search, digital media, CRM/ database marketing, social media, mobile marketing, measurement & optimization**

**Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement**

**Graphical knowledge in website design, media,motion design, graphic design, content and maintenance.**

**Experience working with digital / creative agencies and offshore resources**

**Strong project management skills**

**Experience with digital tools and software required to develop websites and other digital assets**:

- ** CMS: Adobe Experience Manager, Open Text, Wordpress**
- ** Software: Adobe software for image and video edition, html coding**
- ** PM Tools**
- ** Familiar with Google tools (YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Webmasters, etc)**
