**The Role**

**Main **Responsibilities**
- Communicate with clients
- Solve and prioritize problems
- Actively monitoring specified systems within the company using provided tools
- Setting licenses

**Required skills**
- Good and clear verbal and written communication skills
- English skills by European Language Map minimum B2 (C1 for Level 3)
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Basic Sport knowledge
- Is able to complete several work tasks at the same time and copes with working under pressure.
- Basic computer skills (Windows 10 OS)
- Ability to remain polite and diplomatic when communicating with clients no matter what the situation
