**Description**:
We are Hubtek, a young and innovative company that provides process optimization solutions to companies in the United States through Co-Managed Talent (Staffing) and Technology (Intelligent Automation). We strongly believe that the success of our company lies in the creation of learning and development experiences, teamwork, and the well-being of our people.

**Some of your responsibilities will be**:

- Set reminders to call carriers.
- Review incoming calls.
- Schedule appointments with the account manager for pickups and deliveries.
- Reschedule appointments when necessary.
- Provide customer service.
- Document progress, updates and reminders in the TMS.

**Requirements**:

- Studies: High School Degree or any Bachelor's degree.
- Language: B2+ - C1 English proficiency. Be able to have fluent communication both written and verbally. this person will be working directly with customers.
- At least six months of experience in customer service, desirable previous experience with inbound and outbound calls.

**Perks**:

- The schedule would be: Tuesday from 4 pm to 8 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 9 pm.
- (We work by the American calendar).

- On-site Medellin.
