**We will count on you to**:
Understand client risks and support Senior colleagues in advising clients on insurance strategy solutions
- Consulting processes, accompaniment to clients, implementation of financial insurance products
- Design of benefit plans for clients according to customer needs
- Presentations, feasibility studies according to the corporate client population
- Policy administration (ensures that we comply with the client), contracts, follow-up operations such as collection with EOS
- Contribute with new ideas to improve Marsh’s approach with its clients
- Reach a sales budget

**What you need to have**:

- Successfully graduated from a BA, BS, Law, Actuarial Science
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
