As a Sr.Professional-Sourcing, you will set the path to success by overseeing activities that would promote Sutherland as the employer of choice.

Senior Professional in this role gets to:
**Plan and implement** creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies

**Develop and maintain relationships** with various schools, government and private organizations

**Represent the company** in activities related to recruitment and employee programs

**Stay informed** on latest trends and innovative sourcing techniques

**Organize events** that will attract novice and experienced talents

**Qualifications**:**
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course
- At least 3 years of related work experience, preferably from the same industry
- Excellent presentation, data analysis and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Someone who does have a strong campus recruitment background
