The **IT Security Project Assistant** is responsible for providing administrative and logístical support for the organization’s IT security projects. The role works closely with the IT security team to ensure the effective execution of cybersecurity-related initiatives, protecting the company's technological infrastructure, and managing risks.

**Responsabilities**
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring IT security projects.
- Manage project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes for the IT security team and stakeholders.
- Ensure that all security project documentation is kept up to date, organized, and accessible.
- Monitor compliance with information security policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing security policies, incident response procedures, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Assist in planning and organizing cybersecurity training sessions for employees.
- Help create and distribute cybersecurity awareness materials within the organization.
- Support compliance with information security regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Ensure that security projects align with organizational security requirements and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field. Security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in IT projects, preferably in information security or project management.

Skills and Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of IT security, risk management, and data protection.
- Familiarity with project management tools and cybersecurity software.
- Basic knowledge of network management, firewalls, VPNs, and security systems.
- Proficiency with office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Good knowledge of document management systems.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability to new technologies and processes.
- Confidentiality and responsibility
