**Your mission and responsibilities**:

- Support the implementation of critical SHS supply chain certification programs in the Andean Ridge (I.e. Authorized Economic Operator - OEA) and other locations as directed.
- Develop and implement specific security services in support of SHS's requirements in the Andean Ridge and other locations as directed. (I.e. Risk assessments, security plans, investigations)
- Develop coordination and permanent integration with other SHS functional and support areas in aspects of shared risk. (HR, compliance, legal, supply chain, customer service, project management)
- Implement security guidelines issued by SHS' Corporate Security Department.
- Liaise with Government agencies and security organizations. (Public & private)
- Support high-profile business activities when required. (I.e. VIP visits, corporate meetings)
- Conduct security awareness training for SHS employees when required.
- Coordinate and update crisis management related procedures in Colombia.
- Conduct corporate investigations according to existing protocols.
- Develop specific security projects with external stakeholders.

**Your qualifications and experiences**:

- Security related bachelor’s degree, Armed Forces Retired Commisioned Officer or equivalent.
- Supply chain security certified. (BASC, AEO, ISO 28000)
- Experience in security management. (Five years minimum)
- Excellent analytical skills, especially in relation to design, development and implementation of Risk Management and Security processes.
- Excellent writing and reporting skills.
- Basic command of English. (Spoken and written)
