**About the role**

AspenView Technology is looking for a highly organized, analytical, and action-driven **Sales Operations Specialist** to support our sales team and drive pipeline movement, enforce funnel discipline, and enable faster client wins.

This role goes beyond the basics—you’ll help with reporting and process optimization, but you’ll also own the operational heartbeat of the sales pipeline, ensuring our CRM is clean and actionable, our processes drive velocity, and our decisions are data-driven and results-focused.

**What you will do**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sales strategies, systems, and operational best practices.

- Own and administer the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), ensuring accuracy, usability, and full adoption across the sales organization.
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for sales performance, pipeline health, and lead movement.
- Train and support sales team members on CRM best practices and new feature rollouts,**holding them**accountable for data quality and hygiene.
- Own pipeline visibility and movement from lead to close, ensuring no opportunities stall without action.
- Establish standard operating cadences (e.g., weekly pipeline reviews, aging reports) to maintain momentum and improve velocity metrics across the funnel.
- Establish and enforce data quality standards within the CRM and other sales tools.
- Collaborate with IT/Data teams to align on system integrations, automation, and governance policies.
- Evaluate and optimize sales processes to drive efficiency, velocity, and scalability.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and sales playbooks for onboarding and ongoing enablement.
- Support the rollout of new tools and systems, acting as a proactive driver of adoption, training, and accountability.
- Maintain the library of sales collateral ensuring consistency and improved sales effectiveness.

**What you bring**:

- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal), with confidence in presenting to and influencing senior-level stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Excel).
- Ability to interpret data, translate insights into action, and push initiatives forward proactively.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mentality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—able to collaborate across teams and hold others accountable without direct authority.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus.
